TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the redemption of vouchers issued by external vendor (“Company”) in Singapore. By using or attempting to use a voucher, you agree to be bound by these terms and applicable laws of Singapore.

ATO Partners acts solely as a distributor of vouchers provided by external vendors for the benefit of our members. The vouchers and services are offered and fulfilled by the respective vendors, and ATO Partners does not assume any responsibility for their availability, quality, accuracy, or any discrepancies. Any issues, disputes, or claims related to the vouchers or services should be directed to the respective vendors.

2. Voucher Validity

  • Each voucher is valid only within the period specified on the voucher and cannot be extended beyond its expiry date.
  • Vouchers are applicable exclusively for the specified products, services, or locations as stated on the voucher.
  • The Company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate voucher promotions without prior notice, in compliance with the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act of Singapore.

3. Redemption Process

  • Physical vouchers must be presented at the time of purchase; digital vouchers require a unique code to be entered at checkout.
  • Vouchers must be used in a single transaction unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Only one voucher may be used per transaction unless otherwise specified.
  • Vouchers cannot be redeemed for purchases made prior to issuance.

4. Restrictions and Limitations

  • Vouchers hold no cash value and cannot be converted into cash, credit, or any other benefit.
  • Vouchers are non-transferable and must be used by the original recipient unless otherwise authorized by the Company.
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers will not be reissued or refunded.
  • Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, promotions, or offers unless explicitly stated.
  • The resale or unauthorized reproduction of vouchers is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action under the Penal Code of Singapore.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Once a voucher has been redeemed, it is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
  • If a transaction completed using a voucher is canceled or refunded, the voucher will not be reinstated unless explicitly permitted by the Company.
  • Refunds will be processed in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act of Singapore.

6. Misuse and Fraud

  • The Company reserves the right to void any voucher suspected of fraudulent activity, misuse, or unauthorized distribution.
  • Any attempt to duplicate, manipulate, or counterfeit vouchers will result in immediate disqualification from voucher use and may result in legal action under the Computer Misuse Act of Singapore.

7. Liability

  • The Company is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, system failures, or other issues that may impact the redemption process.
  • The Company is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by the inability to redeem a voucher, except as required under the Sale of Goods Act and related consumer protection laws in Singapore.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes related to voucher redemption shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

9. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be announced through official communication channels and in compliance with the Unfair Contract Terms Act of Singapore.
