She later transitioned into leadership and went on to become a 5-time President’s Club Qualifier as an Agency Leader, in addition to qualifying twice as a Financial Consultant. Her agency was awarded Agency of the Year 2020, ranking as the No. 1 Direct Unit Agency. Sandra holds MDRT Lifetime Membership and has also achieved Court of the Table (COT). In 2024, she led her team to reach an exceptional milestone of 1 MDRT for every 1.8 consultants.

Sandra has successfully groomed 4 President’s Club qualifiers and over 10 MDRT achievers, a testament to her dedication in developing others to succeed at the highest level.
