Job Responsibilities

  • To assist the Director in Brand Marketing, Promotional Activities, Event Management, Sponsorship and Merchant Programme, etc.

  • Responsible for Planning, Managing and Executing Marketing Strategies and Campaigns to achieve ATO Partners objectives

  • Plan, organise and manage activities, events, social media to support marketing activities

  • Engage in media and public relations, marketing and social coordination required for projects/events

  • Gather Market Intelligence of the event in order to ensure continual improvement

  • Brain storm, conceptualise and implement Branding and Marketing Campaigns for assigned portfolios to meet business objectives

  • Draft marketing and communications materials such as catalogues and advertisements

  • Engage and liaise with external vendors on event space leasing for Company’s sales/promotional activities

  • Work with creative agencies, vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver the required marketing communication collaterals

  • Using/ Creating content to drive traffic, engagement and leads that result in sales and customer loyalty and retention



  • Strong interest in Marketing

  • Diploma / Degree in Marketing or Business is preferred though not necessary

  • Prior marketing experience will be an added advantage

  • Good team player with a positive mind-set

  • Able to multi-task and work in a fast-pace environment

  • Strong communication and project management skills

  • Meticulous and organised with an eye for details

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and IT savvy
