JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Responsibilities

To assist the Director in Brand Marketing, Promotional Activities, Event Management, Sponsorship and Merchant Programme, etc.
-
Responsible for Planning, Managing and Executing Marketing Strategies and Campaigns to achieve ATO Partners objectives
-
Plan, organise and manage activities, events, social media to support marketing activities
-
Engage in media and public relations, marketing and social coordination required for projects/events
-
Gather Market Intelligence of the event in order to ensure continual improvement
-
Brain storm, conceptualise and implement Branding and Marketing Campaigns for assigned portfolios to meet business objectives
-
Draft marketing and communications materials such as catalogues and advertisements
-
Engage and liaise with external vendors on event space leasing for Company’s sales/promotional activities
-
Work with creative agencies, vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver the required marketing communication collaterals
-
Using/ Creating content to drive traffic, engagement and leads that result in sales and customer loyalty and retention
Requirements

Strong interest in Marketing
-
Diploma / Degree in Marketing or Business is preferred though not necessary
-
Prior marketing experience will be an added advantage
-
Good team player with a positive mind-set
-
Able to multi-task and work in a fast-pace environment
-
Strong communication and project management skills
-
Meticulous and organised with an eye for details

Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and IT savvy
